Express Courier Systems, LLC recently took part in a case study conducted by CXT Software to measure the impact X Dispatch has in making key areas of their business more efficient. The key areas the case study focused on were revenue, operating costs, employee reduction, online orders, customer service and overall work processes. Express Couriers Systems, LLC currently uses X Dispatch, X Internet, X Route and X Mobile in their daily operations.
Since implementing the software in July of 2007, Express Courier Systems has experienced a 7% increase in revenue. Overall operating expenses were also reduced and this primarily to due an approximate 4% decrease in payroll expenses. This decrease occurred because Express Courier systems no longer needed the amount of customer service representatives, decreasing the overall number by 2. In addition, the software has increased dispatcher productivity making it unnecessary to hire additional staff to handle the increase in revenue.
X Internet, CXT Software’s online order entry module, which is used by Express Courier Systems assisted them in increasing their online orders by 25%.
Overall customer service and work processes improved significantly since Express Courier Systems implemented the X Dispatch application. The office runs more efficient, less business materials are used and information is now available within seconds.
