Driver App Improvements

Version: 3.7.3 (March 2025)

Enhancements introduced for the advanced geofencing options for CXT Driver, including improvements to show the map, driver’s location, shipment location, and geofence radius. Two geofence options are available to warn or enforce location-related tasks.
Introduced intentional vertical orientation for the Driver App to ensure a quality user experience for all pages that do not warrant horizontal functionality.

What's Improved

Improved messaging logic within the Driver App to be less intrusive to users that are not required to provide GPS location services. The GPS recommendation message will only be shown to drivers following app version updates for providers that do not require GPS location services.
Re-enabled the native “Back” gesture functionality for Android devices when using the Driver App.
Enforced password complexity standards on password changes from the Driver App.

Fixed issue with scanning overage parcels types that are not available for the customer.
Fixed an issue within CXT Driver that was preventing signature updates if the screen was rotated.
Fixed an issue where Required Driver Input could be overwritten if two prompts were using the exact same prompt text.
Fixed an issue where email addresses with special characters could cause an error when a user first logged in to the app.
Fixed an issue in where description names and parcels could be lost in specific scenarios when a driver synced their device as the update was in progress.
Fixed an issue with vibration notifications.
Updated the biometric login setup to distinguish between fingerprint and face scan options depending on the user’s device.
Enforced password complexity standards on password changes from the Driver App.
Updated the notification icon display in Android version of the app.
