Frontend Developer

An Application Developer with solid mobile and web design. The Senior Software Engineer must have application development experience using web development frameworks, including HTML, CSS, Angular, Angular Material, TypeScript, Cordova, and the Ionic Framework.

  • Efficiently solve problems and implement code for time-sensitive engineering projects

  • Design and create user-friendly interfaces with a top-notch user experience based on functionality requirements and proposed product specifications

  • Design, code, test, and debug changes to our Next Dispatch software suite

  • Work closely with our product team to design and wire-frame UI enhancements and modifications, adhering to and updating design standards documents as necessary

  • Design and develop mobile-friendly web applications using extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular, and Angular Material

  • Implement front-end web business logic using TypeScript/Angular and RESTful JSON web services.

  • Design and develop Angular-based mobile applications (Android & iOS) solutions using Cordova and the Ionic framework

  • Provide tier-4 technical support to internal and external customers.

  • Minimum of five years of experience working with the tech stack in a professional environment.

  • Experience with SQL, C#, and RESTful web services, along with a desire to work in a full-stack capacity

Software Engineer, Full Stack

An Application Developer with solid mobile and web application development experience using Microsoft tools and web and web services development frameworks, including C#, SQL Server, WCF and/or .NET, HTML, CSS, Angular, Angular Material TypeScript, Cordova, and the Ionic Framework. Implementation Specialist I

An Implementation Specialist I is a multi-threaded skilled Project Coordinator responsible for handling new customer Implementation (on-boarding) projects once the customer completes the sales process. In addition, an Implementation Specialist I manages implementation projects, support tickets regarding training requests, re-implementation projects (for existing customers), CXT University training sessions and supporting materials, and overall project coordination. An Implementation Specialist I is technically and managerially skilled, detail-oriented, and listens to the customer needs to help them achieve a successful implementation onto the CXT Software product suite.

  • Coordinate implementation projects for new customer on-boarding, from start to finish
  • Conduct business analysis discussions, plan and execute project steps in line with customer and CXT Software expectations
  • Facilitate training sessions, answer daily questions about product usability and functionality
  • Import data to customer databases, assist with email set up and configuration, troubleshoot any workstation installation issues
  • Effectively track project progress and ensure milestones and goals are set and met as expected
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and phone calls with multiple contacts
  • Create work tickets for other departments as needed
  • Support the CXT University training program
  • Manage workload using Jira, GSuite, and Project Management applications.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on CXT Software’s product suite
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical experience with software implementations, system configurations, and data conversion
  • Project management experience with business analysis, training, and on-boarding
  • Comfortable asking questions and communicating through all levels of an organization

  • Must have 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong understanding of SQL – for data conversion and basic reporting and querying
  • Experience with any of the following tools: Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Microsoft Excel, and GSuite products
  • Previous experience with the CXT Software product suite a huge bonus
  • At least two years of Courier/Delivery/Logistics industry experience
  • Possesses a technical aptitude and desire to learn new skills
  • Candidate must have a suitable working location at home that is free from distractions and is equipped with dependable broadband internet access
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Open to ~ 10% travel for on-site implementation (not standard, occurs upon customer request)
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • $55,000 – $60,000 per year
