CXT Software Brand Guidelines

Welcome to our hub for guidelines and assets. We want to make it easy for you to integrate CXT Software into your marketing while respecting our brand and legal/licensing restrictions. These guidelines have been developed to ensure that everyone receives the same delightful user experience – no matter which platform or website they may find the CXT Brand on.

Note that by using these resources, you accept our Terms of Service. Usage of these resources may also be covered by the CXT Software End User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Attribution

When does this apply?

If you use any CXT Software content, including graphics, software screenshots, marketing materials, or any other content owned by CXT Software, it must always be accompanied by property attribution via the CXT Software Logo and Brand Name.

To comply with our licensing agreements, you must always attribute content from CXT Software with our logo and brand name. You should always use our full logo (icon + wordmark).

We are very proud of our logo. Follow these guidelines to ensure it always looks its best. Our logo is the combination of a simple, modern wordmark with the icon.

The CXT logo, pictured right, is our primary logo colorway, and it should only be used with white, grey, and non-duotoned photography.

Which color logo to use

The CXT logo should only be used on a grey or white background.

The grey logo should be used on light-colored backgrounds. The white logo should be used on dark-colored backgrounds.

Minimum size

Establishing a minimum size ensures that the impact and legibility of the logo aren’t compromised.

Please make sure that the minimum height of the logo is above 100px on digital devices at all times. The aspect ratio, spacing, and sizing should lock always stay the same.

Logos and naming restrictions

Your logo should not include, or look similar to the CXT Software logo or any of its brand elements (e.g. CXT Green, the x, and the font). Don’t incorporate CXT Software’s trademarks, in whole or in part, in the name of your company, product, application, service, or website.

Don’t pair brands

Don’t use the CXT Software brand together with any other brand or in any co-branded communications. Pairing of brands is not permitted under our Terms.

Linking to CXT Software

When does this apply?

If you are linking to the CXT Software website, please use the full and correct domain of https://cxtsoftware.com/

If you are linking to one of our Software products, such as CXT Driver, we prefer that you also link to our website, where app download information can be found in the footer.

Using our content

When does this apply?

If you’re using artwork and/or screenshots that feature the CXT Software brand name, logo, or any other property of CXT Software. This includes app screenshots, software screenshots, or other representations of our software suite.

What content can you use?

Currently, we do not automatically approve the use of our content or artwork on 3rd party websites. If you are interested in featuring our content, you can request approval by contacting the CXT Software design team at [email protected]

Fonts

What font to use?

When referencing our brand or software, we recommend you to use the “Roboto” font for the platform you are working on.

Using our typeface

We currently do not automatically approve the use of our branded typeface in 3rd party marketing materials. If you want to use our typeface, please seek approval via [email protected] After approval, you must license it.
