Full Force at Final Mile Forum 2026

We made a big splash.

The Team at FMF26

With over 150 faces from the logistics industry and 100 organizations represented at FMF this year, you could feel the energy in the air. Vendors, couriers and yes, even a few of our competitors, came together to discuss and analyze the future of TMS and last mile delivery.

From our own org, we put our all-stars on the front line. Lauren King (President), Andy Tryba (CEO) and Derek Figg (Chief Product Officer), among many others, were boots on the ground, shaking hands with you, our users. The team really took the time to understand what challenges you’re looking to solve this year, and how we can help you on your way.

We showed off our vision for an autonomous TMS future as well as early sneak-peeks at the technology we’re developing to get there. From AI-based photo evaluation of delivery photos, to a total analytics ecosystem ready out-of-the-box, to a GigSafe integration for mass driver compliance, the reception to our offering was overwhelming praise and excitement.

We had lots of enthusiastic comments from our users, expressing their delighted anticipation of our two platforms, CXT and e-Courier, uniting under our “Better Together” banner for accelerated innovation.

Front and Center

Our booth faced the central space, meaning that arterial foot traffic and buffet-goers were never more than a few strides away. Our hands-on demos were a huge hit. Sure, you can explain new features to someone with a slide deck or show them mock-ups, but getting to play around with it in a live demo makes it real.

Andy and Lauren both spoke at panels throughout the three-day affair, sharing our ethos and motions to become the ultimate, definitive AI-powered TMS platform, definitely a highlight of our time there. Meanwhile, Derek, Conal and David gave an excellent 20-minute flash presentation breaking down our new features and roadmap, which got a very positive reception.

Face to Face

It wasn’t just all shop talk either, but a deepening of relationships. Our female team members attended the Women in Logistics Brunch, which ended up being a raw, powerful event with some frank discussions about challenges and ambitions unique to women in the industry.

A networking event on Thursday was also a great opportunity for us to get to know some new faces. And to cap out the evening, a private event for our users at the Driftwood Downtown in Austin was a tremendous success, where people were having so much fun, they were reluctant to go home. It probably had something to do with the Texas BBQ catering.

Long-time users commented that this was something of a return to form, a step back to the “Good Old Days” of CXT Software. And that’s really the best part of all of this – we’re taking the best parts of CXT and e-Courier, past and present, and combining them to create a bold new future…

And you’ll get to see more of that future when you join us at ECA26!

A welcome to our private event
