If that wasn’t enough, we’re also bringing back the Copy ID button on Shipment forms and adding automated credit card processing capabilities as well, eliminating another manual process for you.

No more setting reminders on your calendar or phone. With the new automatic processing functionality, you will be able to configure a schedule for credit cards to be processed, so you won’t need to manually do it each day. You’ll be able to control the frequency and time-of-day, setting it to suit your operations and preferences.

One of the best parts that comes along with this is that you’ll also be able to automatically send out a Credit Card Transaction Report, keeping stakeholders informed and records up-to-date. You can activate automatic credit card processing by going to the Classic Operations App > Action menu > Automate Credit Card Processing.
To the point, Itinerary Planning lets you assign hundreds of On-Demand shipments or Route Stops in seconds. In just a few clicks, designating parameters like maximum shipments per route, time frame, and optimization rules, you’ll automatically assign all selected jobs to the best drivers. Itinerary Planning even takes into account driver capability and other qualifications, ensuring drivers only get shipments suited to them. What once took hours now takes a few minutes.

Any organization can apply for the Itinerary Planning beta to try out and give feedback on this exciting new module. For as long as it is in beta, Itinerary Planning is totally free.
