At long last! In this powerhouse release, you’ll be able to apply for temporary, free access to our new premium Itinerary Planning module (AKA Dynamic Routing). It’s a game-changer but we’ll talk more about that in the section below and how it can shave hours off your workday.

If that wasn’t enough, we’re also bringing back the Copy ID button on Shipment forms and adding automated credit card processing capabilities as well, eliminating another manual process for you.

πŸ’³ Clockwork Credit Cards πŸ’³

No more setting reminders on your calendar or phone. With the new automatic processing functionality, you will be able to configure a schedule for credit cards to be processed, so you won’t need to manually do it each day. You’ll be able to control the frequency and time-of-day, setting it to suit your operations and preferences.

One of the best parts that comes along with this is that you’ll also be able to automatically send out a Credit Card Transaction Report, keeping stakeholders informed and records up-to-date. You can activate automatic credit card processing by going to the Classic Operations App > Action menu > Automate Credit Card Processing.

πŸ§ͺ Itinerary Planning Beta πŸ§ͺ

To the point, Itinerary Planning lets you assign hundreds of On-Demand shipments or Route Stops in seconds. In just a few clicks, designating parameters like maximum shipments per route, time frame, and optimization rules, you’ll automatically assign all selected jobs to the best drivers. Itinerary Planning even takes into account driver capability and other qualifications, ensuring drivers only get shipments suited to them. What once took hours now takes a few minutes.

Any organization can apply for the Itinerary Planning beta to try out and give feedback on this exciting new module. For as long as it is in beta, Itinerary Planning is totally free. Upon its full release, it will a paid module users can access from the brand new Marketplace. Start by getting in contact with your Account Manager, who will talk you through next steps.

  • Itinerary Planning AKA Dynamic Routing Beta Test is now available for all to try. Reach out to your Account Manager to get started. Itinerary Planning will remain a free feature while in beta and become a paid feature on full release.
  • Configure automatic credit card processing schedules and transaction reports, through Classic Operations App > Action menu > Automate Credit Card Processing.
  • Added a Marketplace module in the Operations App sidebar where users can access premium features (for now, this is just Itinerary Planning).
  • Added the Copy ID button back to Shipment forms.
  • Added the ability to set a home zip code, so on login, users see their preferred area on the Visual Dispatch Board map.

  • Improved the behavior of search for the Find tool and the Address Book on Shipment forms.
  • Improved the behavior when creating multiple orders with the same origin/destination to better inherit from the parent order.
  • Added a pop-up warning about risks involved with Geofencing Hard Enforcement for drivers.
  • Set the Client Portal to display the detailed order view by default on mobile devices.

What's Fixed

  • Fixed an issue with the Mobile Dispatch Board incorrectly marking the status of some On-Demand shipments.
  • Fixed an issue with drivers’ Active Work view on the Visual Dispatch Board sometimes not displaying newly added work upon refresh.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Parcel Types from being assigned to Parcel Items.
  • Fixed an issue preventing users in some cases from creating a new password.
  • Fixed an edge-case issue with parcel chaining for customer-specific or global return stops.
  • Fixed an issue where Route Stops in the Client Portal could display the incorrect status if created via Route Sort Rules.
  • Fixed a UI bug with the Customers module.
  • Fixed a purely visual bug where dragging rows could sometimes leave lingering visual artifacts.
