Created new Refrigeration Enforcement settings for parcel items. Settings can now be optional, required, required with parcel match, or required with a barcode scan match.
Implemented Parcel Items scanning chaining, so parcel item barcodes are displayed as expected throughout the parcel assignments along with their parent parcel.
Improved processing speed for cached parcel scans that occurred while a driver was outside of their network coverage and not able to sync their device.
