Driver App: Workflow Improvements

Driver App 3.6.x (February 2024)

  • Updated the Driver App’s GPS plugin to improve performance.
  • Fixed an issue that did not allow additional spaces to be added before and after the Proof of Delivery (POD) values.
  • Fixed an issue with Android 13 that could cause user controls to be pushed off-screen in the Driver App.
  • Fixed an issue where some drivers could get stuck in the Driver App when scanning an expected parcel item with a temperature mismatch on a delivery stop.
  • Fixed an issue with the destination phone number display within the shipment details display in the Driver App.
  • Drivers utilizing Android 13+ OS devices receive an error when attempting to open non-picture/media files, such as PDF files or other file-based documents.
